Returns & Exchanges
Our goal is for you to be 100% satisfied with your purchase. If for any reason you are not satisfied, we would be happy to assist you. We do not accept returns for Ganba products not purchased from www.ganba.com.au
To request a return / exchange please email jeremylane@live.com.au within 14 days of receiving your order. Please note that returns that are not first requested and approved will not be processed. Item(s) purchased from www.ganba.com.au must be returned at the customers expense in original condition (new, tagged, unwashed, unworn) within 14 business days of receiving your order in order to receive a refund.
We do not offer returns, exchanges or store credit on sale items. All sale purchases are final. Black Friday purchases are final, we do not offer size swaps, returns or store credit on these products.
Please note that we cannot refund the original shipping charges with the exception of faulty or incorrectly shipped items. Our team will assess returns on a case-by-case basis and www.ganba.com.au hold the right to refuse a return if we deem it worn, untagged, washed or customer damaged will be sent back to you at your expense.
Returns should be shipped via insured traceable mail in a secure package. We will not be held responsible for lost or misplaced returns. It is solely on the customer to ensure the items are returned safely.
Defective products should contact us at jeremylane@live.com.au as soon you discover the fault. Faults must be brought to our attention within 14 days of receiving your order.
